Cambridge student attends STEM seminar

Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) students (left to right) Brianna Marvin of Ankeny, Jessica DeYoung of Cambridge and BreAnna Ploeger of Bondurant collaborate on a project at a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) seminar at the Ankeny Campus. Greenwood Elementary Education Principal Eric Huinker and Greenwood STEM Coordinator Mike Logsdon spoke on the topic: “Engineering is Elementary Curriculum infused into the Foss Science Curriculum.” The seminar was geared toward students studying to become teachers.
