Huxley church announces interim pastor

Pastor Jeff Arp
Pastor Jeff Arp

Harvest Fellowship Assembly of God in Huxley is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Arp as interim pastor.

“Our goal is to wrap our arms around this loving congregation and figure out how to best use our skills and experience to serve people throughout the region. We already know many people in the region through our ministry with Teen Challenge and the medical community, but are always excited about making new friends,” Jeff said.

Pastor Arp is a trainer for Living Free and has been a speaker at its regional conferences. Jeff also teaches a philosophy course called, “Caring in a Diverse Health Care Environment” at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines and heads up the Iowa Speedway Chaplaincy Ministries in Newton. Prior to filling in as interim pastor at Harvest, Jeff was a regional director for Teen Challenge of the Midlands. Jeff and his wife, Lynn, have two grown children.

Harvest is extremely blessed to have Pastor Arp leading our congregation during its transition.
