First Light the Night - Trunk or Treat event

The Maxwell Methodist Church held their first Light the Night - Trunk or Treat event Wednesday night, Oct. 30. About 30 members came out to help the kids of Maxwell have a fun and safe night. Other members supported the event through the donation of candy, other items and prayers. They had 10 cars with their trunks decorated and full of candy, as well as five different games for kids to play in the street. Other fun things included tattoos, kids’ Halloween movies and hot chocolate and hot dogs to eat.
