Join Ames Parks & Recreation for these two incredible small group training experiences. The six-week session for these two TRX programs will be held Feb. 17-April 3 (no classes over Spring Break, March 17-21).
The TRX is a complete body weight training system. All the movements include core training and require you to stay balanced and aligned; you will hit muscles you could never before target.
Classes are offered Mondays at 12:10 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.; Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 6:15 p.m., and Fridays at 11:15 a.m.
JumpSport Tramp & TRX class
Encounter integrated training using the JumpSport Fitness Trampoline and the TRX Suspension Trainer in progressions that are challenging yet right for your current level of condition. This small group, personalized program offers the opportunity to increase strength, endurance and stamina while burning calories in a format that demands core stability and tough, durable athletes. Come prepared to train and work hard.
Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon-12:45 p.m.
