Raider girls come up short at Webster City

WEBSTER CITY – The Collins-Maxwell-Baxter girls’ soccer team finished the regular season with a 7-2 road loss against Webster City May 27.

The Raiders received one goal apiece from Tabitha Halferty and Katie Ziesman. Keeper Lexi Breon played great in defeat as she made 26 saves.

Jesse Lee led Webster City with four goals. Sarah Paukert netted two and Mariah Pride scored one for the Lynx. The loss put CMB at 2-11 on the season.
